The applicant has submitted an application for development of 549 homes on the 273.57-acre site along County Road 116. The Council reviewed an EAW and concept plan for the site earlier this year. The project includes a mix of single-family, villa, twinhome and townhome units. The concept shows development in 10 phases over 10 years.

The Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development for Tavera 1st Addition was approved at the April 8, 2021 City Council meeting. This addition consists of 33 new residential lots and 3 outlots. (City File 20-042)
The Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development for Tavera 2nd Addition was approved at the September 23, 2021 City Council meeting. This addition consists of 46 new residential lots and 5 outlots. (City File 21-036)
