About the Project
The project is an investment in the future of Corcoran's park system. This project includes upgrades to key amenities, infrastructure, and accessibility. Planned improvements include:
NEW Farm-Themed Playground
NEW Park Building
NEW and Improved Trail Connections
NEW Paved Parking Lot
NEW Ballfield Irrigation
Improved Field Conditions
These changes are designed to better serve residents of all ages and abilities, and to create a more welcoming, inclusive public space for generations to come!
Construction & Park Access
Construction is scheduled to begin the week of July 14, 2025.
Starting Monday, July 14, the western portion of the park will be closed.
By Wednesday, July 16, the remainder of the park will be closed, except Snyder and Meister Fields. Please note: While these two fields may remain in use, access may be limited or unavailable at times due to construction activity. Users should plan ahead and watch for signage.
Substantial completion anticipated for October 2025.
Final completion is anticipated for May 2026.
