PUBLIC COMMENTS
Before Meetings: Emailed comments will be accepted prior to the scheduled meeting and must be submitted by 4 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the scheduled Commission Meeting. If the meeting does not fall on a Thursday, comments must be received by 4 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled meeting. Please submit public comments via email to Planner, Dwight Klingbeil, at [email protected].
Day Of Protocols: For those who wish to provide public comments at the scheduled Commission Meeting, please see instructions below on how to participate during Open Forum:
Public comment cards will be available in the Council Chambers prior to the start of each meeting. Please fill out a card with your name, address, and comment, and turn into the Planner before the meeting starts. Staff will then call you up to the podium to speak during the scheduled Open Forum. You will then be able to share your public comments with the Commission at this time. Please note, speaking time will be limited to five minutes.
