The City of Corcoran administers city, state, and federal elections for its residents. Elections for City officials are held on even years. City Clerk Friedrich and administrative office staff are available to answer your questions about voter registration and election information.
On election days, polls at each location at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm. In the 2024 election year, Corcoran's three precinct locations include Corcoran City Hall, Hope Community Church and St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church. Ways To Vote Early
If you choose to not vote on the actual election day, voting early in Minnesota is convenient and accessible. Absentee voting for each election begins 46 days prior to each election date, and continues through 5:00 pm the night before each election date.

Vote via absentee ballot by mail, or in-person for each election at Corcoran City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, Corcoran, MN 55340. Ballots can be dropped of at City Hall as well.

Voter Assistance
Do you need assistance casting your ballot? Whether you are voting early, or voting on election day, be sure to ask the election judges for help. They provide support in many ways:
- Reading or marking a ballot
- Curbside voting
- Obtaining a magnifying glass or chair to use at the voting booth
