Nelson International is requesting a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to develop the property and construct a 35,000 square foot building and operate a truck sales and service business, as well as a variance to allow texture coated metal panels for their exterior wall surface on property located at 10409 County Road 101.

On September 24, Council approved Resolution 2020-75 Approving Site Plan, the Conditional Use Permit and Variance for Nelson International at 10409 County Road 101, with the addition of two new condition for hours of operation and sign illumination.

The Crow River News is the official newspaper for the City of Corcoran. All public notices, hearings, ordinances, agendas, minutes and other general information are published here to keep residents informed.

The City is required to send out a Public Hearing notice to all residents who are within 350 feet of the property address that is being developed or changed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you operate a business from your home, you may need a Home Occupation License. The purpose of this ordinance is to maintain the character and integrity or the residential areas. All home occupations must register with the City. Home Occupation Applications are available at City Hall.
