Heritage Park is located at 20200 County Road 50, Corcoran, Minnesota 55340. Heritage Park is home to many amenities such as the Heritage Park Building, softball fields, multi-use field, volleyball court, playground, pavilion, and during the winter months, a warming house and ice rinks.
Field and Pavilion Reservation Agreement
A hold of 1-week can be placed on an amenity that a group or individual would like to reserve. Following the hold, the rental fee, damage deposit (separate $350 check), and Fields and Pavilion Reservation Agreement must be completed and paid in full. The group will receive confirmation that their reservation has been processed along with any additional information via email from the Recreation Manager. Residents of Corcoran receive a 10% discount on their reservation, but are still required to submit the items listed above prior to the reservation being processed.
Heritage Park Building Reservation Agreement
The Heritage Park Building is available to rent for gatherings, celebrations, meetings, and other events. The building includes a kitchenette, tables, chairs, two 75-inch televisions, and Wi-Fi. Capacity is up to 72 people seated at tables, or 100 people in a presentation-style set up.
Rental Rates
• Full Day (10 a.m. - 10 p.m.): $400 resident ; $600 non-resident
• Half Day (6 hours): $200 resident ; $400 non-resident
• Weekday Hourly (Monday-Friday, until 3 p.m.; 2-hour minimum): $40/hour for residents ; $60/hour for non-residents
• $350 damage deposit required for all rentals
Residents may reserve up to 12 months in advance; non-residents may reserve up to 8 months in advance. A completed and signed reservation agreement, rental payment, and damage deposit check are required to confirm a reservation.

Park Rules:
• Animals in the park must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long.
• No littering; trash should be placed in the proper receptacles.
• Glass containers are not allowed in the park.
• Tobacco use is not allowed in the park.
• The hours of operation for City of Corcoran parks are 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.
• No placing, parking, or driving on park property with any motor vehicle except on specific roads and parking lots.
