Construction Services & Inspections is responsible for ensuring construction taking place within the City of Corcoran meets all applicable building codes and standards.

  • Many projects require a detailed plan review. Allow at least 15 working days for your permit to be processed and approved.
  • Fees are paid at the time of permit issuance. For a complete list of fees view the Building Permit Fee Schedule.
